IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER
FEBRUARY 22, 2010 - Early Bird Registration Deadline
Registrations for programs that are received on or before February 22, 2010 will be eligible for the reduced Early Bird tuition fees. Registrations received after this date, regardless of postmark date, will be charged at the regular tuition rates. Please refer to the individual programs for tuition rates.
MARCH 22 - 30, 2010 - Hotel Deadlines
Cancellation and room block deadlines for hotel reservations at convention hotels. Many hotels sell out before the end of March, so reserve your hotel early! Reservations received after the deadline may not be eligible for discounted rates.

MARCH 25, 2010 - Pre-Registration Deadline
Pre-registrations must be received by QMS on or before March 25, 2010. Online registrations will be accepted until midnight, March 25, 2010. All pre-registrations received after this date will not be processed, regardless of postmark date.
APRIL 5, 2010 - Cancellation/Refund Deadline
Refund requests must be received in writing by QMS on or before April 5, 2010 to be eligible for refunds. Cancelled tickets and/or name badges must be returned to QMS Registration before any refunds will be processed. Cancellations will be subject to a $15 per person cancellation fee. All refunds will be issued after the Star of the North Meeting, so please allow up to six weeks for the refund to be processed.
