Health Screening

Friday, April 23, 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Saturday, April 24, 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Dentists, staff and convention guests are encouraged to take advantage of the health screening program which will be available in the Exhibit Hall near Booth 200. Tests offered include: chemistry screening profiles, Pre-HBV or Post-HBV vaccine, HIV-1, lipid screening panel including cholesterol and triglycerides, PSA (prostate specific antigen) and TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone). Some tests recommend an eight-hour fast for the most accurate results. Pathway Medical Laboratories will administer all blood tests. Payment for tests can be made onsite or direct billed. Test results will be mailed to participants.

Job Postings

Job Posting Boards for Dentists and Staff. Reach over 9,000 people, over a three-day period, with an 8 1/2 X 11 announcement that may be posted onsite. We'll provide posting sites for dentists who are seeking positions or practices; dentists who are looking for partners, associate employees or buyers. We will also have a job posting site for dental assistants, hygienists, administrative personnel and lab technicians looking for positions.

Audio CDs and CD-ROMs

Selected programs will be recorded. Unedited audio CDs and CD-ROMs will be available for purchase during the meeting at the Intelliquest Booth in Kellogg Lobby or post meeting at www.intelliquestmedia.com. Any unauthorized audio or video recording of any program is strictly prohibited. Discounts are available for purchases made onsite.

Onsite Cafe & Express Lunch

Our onsite cafe is available to serve you. Cafe service is available on Thursday on the meeting room level from 11:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Service is available on Friday and Saturday in the exhibit hall from 11:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Express lunches are back for your convenience. Pre-order your lunch to avoid the long lines at the meeting. This easy option gives you more time to visit with exhibitors and network with peers. All box lunches include a sandwich, bottled water, potato chips and a cookie. Simply pre-order your meal during the pre-registration process (online or via the downloadable form). Your express lunch ticket will be mailed to you in your registration packet. Lunches may be redeemed in the Exhibit Hall Cafe in a special location marked "Express Lunch".
