Important Dates to Remember

Contract due for first round of space assignment. All contracts must be accompanied with a ST-19 form and the appropriate deposit. Deposits are non-refundable after this date.

Space assignments begin. Booth confirmations and invoices will be mailed in December after all contracts have been assigned space.

Products and Services form due. All products and services will be uploaded to your online company profile.

Registration for booth personnel is available.

Balance due of booth, sponorship or star package. Booth payments are non-refundable after this date. Contracts submitted after this date must be accompanied by full payment.

Certificate of Insurance due. Please mail or fax a copy to the Minnesota Dental Association.

Deadline to submit hanging sign or booth restriction variance requests to the Scientific Session Committee for approval.

Exhibitor Table Clinic application due.

Deadline to notify the MDA and GES of intent to use an EAC (Exhibitor Appointed Contractor). Contractors must provide proof of insurance.

Deadline to order your complimentary furniture package through GES

Deadline to pre-register booth personnel. After this date, exhibitors must plan to register onsite.

Last day for GES Exposition Services to receive advance shipments without a surcharge.

Direct shipments to the Saint Paul RiverCentre may be received.
